Part-Time Computer Support Specialist


We are in need of a skilled and experienced Part-Time Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Washington. As a computer support specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring their computer systems are running smoothly. This role is suitable for candidates who are looking for a part-time job with flexible hours.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems, networks, printers, and other peripherals
- Maintain accurate records of client issues and resolutions
- Educate clients on how to use various software programs and applications
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and updates
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a computer support specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, hardware, and software troubleshooting
- Familiarity with networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Ability to explain technical information in simple terms to non-tech users
- Excellent communication skills and customer service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Biometric passport is preferred but not required

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month for this part-time position.

Location:
This position is based in Washington. We provide accommodation for our full-time employees but it is not available for part-time employees.
