Radio Technician

The Radio Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing radio equipment in the city of Porto. This individual will work on a contract basis, with a salary of 1000$, and will also receive free visa and ticket for their employment.

Responsibilities:
- Install new radio equipment, including antennas, transmitters, receivers, and other related components
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with existing radio equipment
- Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance of all radio equipment
- Keep detailed records of all repairs, maintenance, and installations performed
- Collaborate with other technicians to troubleshoot complex issues
- Stay up-to-date on industry advancements and technological developments in the field of radio technology

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a radio technician or in a similar role
- Knowledge of various types of radio equipment and their functions
- Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals for installation and repair purposes
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with other technicians and communicate effectively with clients/customers
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed

Preferred qualifications:
- Certification or degree in electronics or a related field
- Experience working with different types of radios, such as ham radios or marine radios
- Fluency in Portuguese (or willingness to learn) to communicate effectively with local clients/customers
