Executive Chef
We are hiring an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Bayan, Philippines. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is consistently delivered to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and update menu items based on seasonal availability and customer feedback
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers
- Monitor food preparation methods to ensure quality control standards are met
- Oversee inventory management and ordering of ingredients and supplies
- Collaborate with management to develop cost-effective menus while maintaining high-quality standards
- Ensure proper food storage and sanitation practices are followed at all times
- Conduct regular inspections of the kitchen to identify any maintenance or equipment needs
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques, cuisines, and food safety regulations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Salary: $1600/month
