Baker - Indian Cuisine

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker with experience in Indian cuisine to join our team in Dickirch. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious and authentic Indian breads, pastries, and other baked goods. This is a contract job with a salary of $1200 and no English language skills required.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of Indian breads, such as naan, roti, and paratha
- Create delicious pastries and desserts inspired by traditional Indian flavors
- Ensure all baked goods are made with high-quality ingredients and adhere to food safety standards
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure optimal results
- Maintain inventory of baking supplies and place orders as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times

Requirements:
- Experience as a Baker, preferably with a focus on Indian cuisine
- Strong knowledge of traditional Indian spices and flavors
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and passion for creating high-quality baked goods
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Must have a biometric passport or be eligible to obtain one
