Commercial Architect



We are in search of a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Dickirch. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial architecture, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop commercial building projects from concept to completion
- Prepare architectural plans, drawings, and specifications
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design plans
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in design technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Compensation:
This is a contract position with a salary of $1400 per month. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.
