Senior Architect - Contract Position in Izhevsk, Russia

We are currently hiring a Senior Architect for a contract position in Izhevsk, Russia. As the Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural design projects from conception to completion. This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$ per month, and accommodation will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements
- Create detailed architectural drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is following the approved designs and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in architectural technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- At least 5 years of experience working as an architect, preferably with experience in residential or commercial projects
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluent in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
