Senior Architect - Izhevsk, Russia



We are in need of a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and construction process of various projects, from concept development to project completion. This is a contract position with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the design and construction process for various projects
- Develop project proposals, budgets, and timelines
- Oversee and coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other team members to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality control
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and make necessary adjustments to design plans
- Mentor and supervise junior architects on the team
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and building codes to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect, preferably in commercial or residential projects
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and techniques
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian language skills are a bonus)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with a team

Salary & Benefits:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month. The selected candidate will also receive accommodation assistance and visa sponsorship if needed.
