We are a manufacturing company based in Eldoret, seeking a skilled and reliable CNC Operator to join our team. This is a contract position that offers a competitive salary of 1700$. As we are specifically looking for candidates from the Philippines, no English language skills are required for this job.

As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality metal parts according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, technical skills, and the ability to work with precision equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines including lathes, mills, and grinders
- Study blueprints, work orders, or machining instructions to determine product specifications
- Load raw materials into the machine and adjust machine settings for each job
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy using precision measuring tools
- Troubleshoot issues with machines or products and make necessary repairs

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous experience operating CNC machines is preferred but not required
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision equipment
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time
- Willingness to work on a contract basis
- No accommodation will be provided, so candidates must have their own housing in Eldoret
