Personal Trainer



We are hiring a qualified and experienced Personal Trainer to join our fitness team in Ar Rumaythiyah. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating personalized fitness plans, conducting one-on-one training sessions, and providing guidance and motivation to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design personalized fitness programs based on client goals, abilities, and health conditions
- Instruct and supervise clients during one-on-one training sessions
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and equipment use
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to their fitness plan
- Provide nutritional guidance and advice to clients
- Motivate clients to achieve their fitness goals through positive reinforcement
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment for clients
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, research, and best practices in personal training

Requirements:
- Certification in Personal Training from an accredited organization
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Trainer
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, exercise physiology, and nutrition
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients
- Ability to tailor fitness plans for diverse populations, including those with injuries or medical conditions
- Proven track record of helping clients achieve their fitness goals
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field
- Specializations or additional certifications such as group fitness instruction or nutrition coaching

Salary:
Starting salary of 1100$ per month with potential for bonuses based on client retention and satisfaction.
