Concierge Specialist


As a Concierge Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and assistance to guests at our luxury hotel in Nakuru. Your main duties will include assisting guests with check-in and check-out, making reservations for dining and activities, and providing recommendations for local attractions and events. You will also be responsible for responding to guest requests or concerns in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in the hospitality industry preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have a professional appearance and demeanor
- Knowledge of local attractions and events in Nakuru

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1600$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Nakuru, Kenya. Applicants from India are also welcomed.

Part-time Option:
This position is full-time, however, we are open to discussing part-time options for women who may require flexible working hours.
