Shaper - Woodworking and Carpentry Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Shaper to join our team in Zagreb. Our company specializes in custom woodworking and carpentry projects for residential and commercial clients. As a Shaper, you will be responsible for shaping and forming wood pieces into various designs and structures, using a variety of hand tools and machinery. This is a full-time position, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Requirements:
- Pakistani or other foreign national preferred
- Fluent in English (no language requirements for non-English speaking candidates)
- Minimum salary of $1400 per month
- Previous experience as a Shaper or in woodworking/carpentry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and precision in work
- Willingness to learn new techniques and skills
- Valid visa to work in Croatia (own visa preferred)
- Accommodation provided

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or specifications to determine the shape and size of wood pieces needed for projects.
- Use hand tools such as saws, chisels, planes, routers, sanders, and drills to shape wood pieces according to specifications.
- Operate machinery such as shapers, planers, jointers, and routers to shape wood pieces.
- Ensure all finished pieces meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with other team members on larger projects.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
