Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software.
- Monitor network performance to ensure efficient operation.
- Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolution.
- Maintain data security by implementing appropriate measures.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, email accounts, etc.
- Ensure all systems are up-to-date with necessary updates and patches.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues.
- Create documentation for network procedures and configurations.
- Provide after-hours support as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Network Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols, DNS/DHCP services.
- Experience with Cisco routers/switches/firewalls is preferred.
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues efficiently.
- Proficient in English (written and verbal).
