Office Assistant - Beer-Sheva, Israel
We are hiring an Office Assistant for our growing company in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office.
You will be responsible for managing phone calls and correspondence, maintaining office supplies and equipment, organizing files and documents, scheduling appointments and meetings, and assisting with basic accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive mindset.
This is a part-time position with a salary of $1100 per month. Candidates must have their own visa and accommodation in Beer-Sheva. This job is suitable for Indians looking for English-speaking jobs in Israel. Freshers are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and emails
