A reputable radio station in Beer-Sheva is seeking a skilled and experienced Radio Technician to join our team. As a Radio Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing all technical equipment used for broadcasting radio programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance checks on all equipment and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise.
- Conduct repairs and replacements of faulty parts or equipment.
- Install new equipment as needed.
- Ensure all transmission systems are functioning properly.
- Monitor and maintain audio levels and quality during live broadcasts.
- Maintain an inventory of spare parts and equipment.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations of the station.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Radio Technician or in a similar role.
- Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues with radio broadcasting equipment.
- Knowledgeable about FCC regulations and procedures related to broadcasting.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.

Salary:
