Livestock Specialist



We are searching for an experienced Livestock Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. As a Livestock Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the health and well-being of our livestock, including cows, goats, and chickens. Your duties will include conducting regular check-ups, administering vaccinations and medications, and providing general care for the animals.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with livestock
- Knowledge of animal health and nutrition
- Ability to identify and treat common livestock diseases and injuries
- Strong communication skills in English
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular check-ups on livestock to ensure their health and well-being
- Administer vaccinations and medications as needed
- Monitor feed intake and adjust diets as necessary for optimal nutrition
- Identify and treat common diseases or injuries in livestock
- Maintain accurate records of animal health, vaccinations, treatments, etc.
- Oversee breeding programs and assist with birthing if necessary
- Ensure proper housing, sanitation, and hygiene for livestock
- Train other staff members on proper animal care protocols
