Formwork Supervisor

As a Formwork Supervisor, you will oversee the construction and installation of formwork for concrete structures in the city of Ashdod. You will be responsible for managing a team of formworkers, ensuring that all work is completed according to project plans and specifications. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the construction and installation of formwork for concrete structures.
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, safety standards, and building codes.
- Manage a team of formworkers, assign tasks, and monitor progress.
- Train new team members on proper techniques and safety procedures.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Communicate with project managers regarding progress and any issues that may arise.
- Order necessary materials and equipment for the job site.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including time sheets and material usage.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Formworker or similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of formwork systems and techniques.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Attention to detail and ability to read and interpret project plans.
- Basic knowledge of safety standards and building codes.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor as needed.

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1000 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Ashdod, Israel. However, we welcome candidates from all nationalities who are legally able to work in Israel without sponsorship.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is not required for this position.

Experience Level:
This is an entry-level position suitable for freshers without prior experience in formwork. We are looking for candidates who are eager to learn on the job.
