As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase occupancy rates. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve hotel revenue goals.
- Identify and target potential clients in the local market.
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential business sources.
- Manage the sales team and provide training and support to ensure their success.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the hotel.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate contracts and build relationships with clients.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
- Knowledge of local market trends and industry competition.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
