Junior Architectural Designer

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Architectural Designer to join our growing team in Lahore. As a Junior Architectural Designer, you will assist in the design and development of architectural projects, from concept to construction. You should have a strong understanding of architectural principles, drafting techniques, building codes, and project management. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior designers to develop project concepts and designs
- Create 2D and 3D drawings using computer-aided design software
- Conduct research on building materials, codes, and regulations
- Assist in preparing project proposals and presentations
- Participate in site visits and meetings with clients
- Follow project timelines and budget constraints
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software
- Strong understanding of design principles and construction methods
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Salary: 1100$ per month
