Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide a team of employees to ensure productivity and efficiency
- Set goals and objectives for the team and monitor their progress
- Train new team members on company procedures and policies
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Address any issues or conflicts within the team in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Create and maintain schedules for the team to ensure adequate coverage
- Identify areas for improvement within the team and implement necessary changes
- Ensure all employees adhere to company rules, regulations, and safety standards

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Biometric passport
- Willingness to relocate to Faro
