Administrator for Contract English-Speaking Jobs in Bansko, Bulgaria
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our growing team in Bansko, Bulgaria. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the administrative tasks related to contract English-speaking jobs, specifically for Malayalees. This includes coordinating with clients and candidates, managing contracts and documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between all parties involved. This is a contract job with accommodation provided, so applicants with their own visa are preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients to understand their job requirements and source suitable candidates
- Manage contracts and documentation for both clients and candidates
- Communicate effectively with all parties involved to ensure a smooth process
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed
- Ensure all relevant information is accurately recorded and maintained in our systems
- Assist with any ad-hoc tasks as directed by management
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is essential
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients and candidates
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable working with various computer systems
Salary: 1200$ per month
Location: Bansko, Bulgaria (with accommodation provided)
