Instrument Technician

We are a leading engineering company based in Siauliai, seeking an experienced and skilled Instrument Technician to join our team. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of instruments and control systems used in various industrial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair all types of instruments and control systems in accordance with engineering standards and safety regulations
- Troubleshoot any issues with instrument functions and make necessary repairs or replacements
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on instruments to ensure optimal performance
- Calibrate instruments as needed and keep accurate records of all calibrations
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to troubleshoot complex instrument issues
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in instrumentation technology

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Instrument Technician or similar role
- Degree or certification in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field preferred
- Strong working knowledge of various types of instruments such as pressure gauges, thermometers, flow meters, etc.
- Familiarity with control systems including DCS, PLCs, SCADA, etc.
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Physically fit to work in potentially hazardous environments (e.g. confined spaces)
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Willingness to work flexible hours and on-call as needed
