DevOps Engineer

As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for the development, deployment, and maintenance of our company's software systems. You will work closely with the development and operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of our products. Your main duties will include automating and streamlining our processes, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing security measures. You will also be involved in planning and implementing infrastructure upgrades and changes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, as well as experience with cloud computing, virtualization, and scripting languages. Additionally, strong communication skills and an ability to work well in a team environment are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and implement infrastructure upgrades and changes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role
- Strong background in software development using languages such as Python or Java
- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes
- Familiarity with scripting languages like Bash or PowerShell
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Salary: 1700$ per month, with accommodation provided. Location: Faro, Portugal. We are open to candidates of all nationalities.
