Job Title: Experienced Handyman

We are seeking an experienced Handyman to join our team in Al Buraymi. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on our premises, including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Handyman and possess a strong knowledge of various repair techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, repairing walls and furniture, and fixing minor plumbing and electrical issues
- Conduct thorough inspections of our facilities to identify any potential problems or repairs needed
- Install new fixtures or equipment as needed
- Respond promptly to any repair requests from staff members or residents
- Keep track of inventory and ensure necessary supplies are stocked at all times
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to building codes when completing repairs

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of various repair techniques including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Good communication skills in English (Malayalee or Canadian preferred)
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Valid work permit for Al Buraymi (free visa provided if needed)

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
