Concierge
Location: Ajman, United Arab Emirates
We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Concierge to join our team in Ajman. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, assisting with their needs and requests, and ensuring their overall satisfaction during their stay.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions
- Assist guests with luggage handling and transportation arrangements
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests through various channels (phone, email, in person)
- Make reservations for dining, spa treatments, and other activities as requested by guests
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests or resolve any issues
- Maintain knowledge of current events and activities in the surrounding area to make recommendations to guests
- Ensure that the lobby area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Concierge or in a customer service role (hospitality experience preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Knowledge of local attractions and restaurants preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays if needed
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month along with visa sponsorship for Egyptian or Filipino candidates.
