Construction Manager - Khasab, Oman


We are looking for a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Khasab, Oman. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the construction process from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budget
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Manage project resources including materials, equipment, and labor
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders including clients, team members, and senior management
- Review project designs and drawings for accuracy and feasibility
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proficient in project management software such as Primavera or MS Project
- Leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of 1200$ per month. This position is suitable for men who have their own visa and do not require English proficiency.
