Computer Support Specialist



We are hiring a Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Acre. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$. As a Computer Support Specialist, your main responsibility will be to provide technical assistance and support to our clients. You will troubleshoot software and hardware issues, install and maintain computer systems, and train users on how to utilize technology effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to clients
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues
- Install new computer systems and perform upgrades
- Maintain and update existing computer systems
- Train users on how to use technology effectively
- Ensure all systems are secure and free from viruses or malware
- Document technical processes and procedures for reference
- Communicate with clients in a professional manner, resolving issues promptly

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, networks, hardware, and software applications
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills in English (required) and Hindi (preferred)
- Ability to adapt to different client environments and learn new technologies quickly
