We are hiring a Database Administrator to join our team in Lahore. As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining, organizing, and securing our company's data. Your main duties will include troubleshooting database issues, optimizing performance, and implementing security measures to protect our data.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor database performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Develop and implement backup and recovery plans.
- Maintain data integrity by regularly performing database maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with development teams to design and implement new databases.
- Implement security protocols to protect sensitive data.
- Create and maintain documentation related to databases and their processes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Database Administrator or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of database management systems (MySQL, Oracle, etc.).
- Experience with database design and implementation.
- Familiarity with backup and recovery procedures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.

Preferred:
- Working knowledge of SQL programming language.
- Knowledge of cloud-based databases (AWS, Azure).
- Experience with data warehouses and business intelligence tools.
