Job Title: Skilled Metal Worker


We are in need of a skilled Metal Worker to join our team in Faro, Portugal on a contract basis. As a Metal Worker, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal structures and equipment according to specifications. You will also be required to operate various machinery and tools to cut, shape, and bend metal pieces.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine project requirements
- Measure and mark dimensions on metal pieces using rulers, templates, or other measuring devices
- Operate cutting machinery such as shears or saws to cut metal pieces into desired shapes
- Use hand tools or welding equipment to bend, shape, and assemble metal pieces together
- Inspect finished products for quality control and make necessary adjustments or repairs
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Metal Worker or similar role
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and blueprints
- Ability to use various hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects when necessary
- Biometric passport is required for international travel if needed
