- Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues or provide necessary information for improvements
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide effective solutions to clients

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred
- Proven experience in customer service or technical support role is a plus
- Proficient in using various online platforms such as chat, email, social media, etc.
- Strong communication skills in English (French proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of computer systems, software, and internet browsers
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed
