An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Online Consultant to join our team in Fonvieille. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing professional and personalized services to customers through online channels. We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing product information through online channels such as email, chat, and social media
- Building strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions
- Collaborating with various departments to resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Staying updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Online Consultant or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to think on your feet
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using online communication tools such as email, chat, and social media platforms

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Fluency in multiple languages is an asset

We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month along with accommodation. This is a contract position with the possibility of extension based on performance. As we are urgently looking for candidates, the selected individual will also receive free visa processing and ticket.
