Technical Support Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team in Clairvaux. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, both remotely and in person. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving network connectivity problems, and assisting with the installation and configuration of new systems.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure new systems
- Troubleshoot connectivity problems
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and technical solutions provided

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to explain technical solutions in simple terms for non-technical users
- Effective communication skills and strong customer service orientation

Salary:
Salary for this position starts at $900 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Clairvaux. While we welcome candidates of all nationalities, preference will be given to Indian candidates.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with working hours from 9am to 5pm on weekdays.
