IT Support Specialist

The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and maintaining network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer systems and networks, as well as excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide solutions
- Install and configure computer systems, including operating systems and applications
- Maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of client issues
- Document all technical support activities in our system
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and hardware components
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Proven experience in providing technical support in a professional environment is a plus
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-tech individuals
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $1500 per month

Location: Clairvaux (or remote)

Nationality: Egyptian (or any other nationality with valid work visa)

Language: English proficiency preferred but not required

Experience: No prior experience required; training will be provided
