Web Designer

We are seeking a talented Web Designer to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites. You will work closely with our development team to bring designs to life and ensure functionality and responsiveness across different devices. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, experience with HTML and CSS, and a portfolio showcasing their previous web design projects.

Responsibilities:
- Create website layouts and designs that align with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are brought to life accurately
- Conduct user research and create wireframes and prototypes for new projects
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness across various devices
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and techniques to continuously improve our websites
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders throughout the design process

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous web design projects
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or other design software
- Understanding of SEO principles and best practices
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalee language (English proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Beer-Sheva (remote options available)

Employment Type: Contract (with potential for full-time employment)
