Executive Chef - Fine Dining Restaurant


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead the culinary team at our prestigious fine dining restaurant in Porto, Portugal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining and a passion for creating innovative and high-quality dishes.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and create new menu items that align with the restaurant's concept and vision
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost control to ensure profitability
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into menu development

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment
- Proficiency in various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1000 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Porto, Portugal. Relocation assistance is not provided.

This position does not include accommodation. Candidates must have their own housing arrangements in Porto.
