As an Executive Chef at our upscale restaurant in the vibrant city of Porto, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional culinary experiences for our guests. We are seeking a talented and experienced chef who is passionate about food and has a strong background in the culinary arts. As the executive chef, you will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, from menu creation and food preparation to budgeting and staff management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create innovative and delicious menus that showcase local and seasonal ingredients
- Oversee food preparation to ensure high quality and consistency
- Train and develop kitchen staff to maintain high standards of excellence
- Manage inventory and ordering to ensure efficient use of resources
- Maintain food safety standards and ensure compliance with health codes
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to provide exceptional guest experiences
- Monitor financial performance through budgeting, cost control, and analysis

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a chef in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting
- Degree or diploma in culinary arts or related field preferred
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team of kitchen staff
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and international cuisines
- Ability to create menus that balance creativity and profitability
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package starting at 900$ per month for this full-time position. Additional benefits may be provided based on experience.
