Job Title: Architectural Technologist

As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting architects and designers in the planning, design, and construction of building projects. This role requires a strong understanding of building codes and regulations, as well as technical skills in drafting and computer-aided design (CAD). You will work closely with project teams to develop detailed drawings and specifications, ensuring that all designs meet safety, sustainability, and aesthetic standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and designers to develop building plans and designs
- Prepare detailed drawings using CAD software
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance in all designs
- Create and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Conduct site visits to gather information for design development
- Assist with cost estimates and budget management for projects
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology related to architectural design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as an architectural technologist or similar role
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD preferred)
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent technical drawing skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
