We are seeking a motivated and talented Junior Architectural Technologist to join our team in Faisalabad, Pakistan. As a Junior Architectural Technologist, you will assist in the design and development of architectural projects under the guidance of senior team members. This is a contract job with accommodation provided, making it an ideal opportunity for freshers to gain valuable experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of architectural plans, drawings and specifications
- Collaborate with senior team members to develop design concepts
- Conduct site visits and gather information for project development
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed drawings
- Ensure projects adhere to building codes and regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors and other stakeholders
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture or related field
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and other design software
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

Preference:
- Pakistani nationality or familiarity with Pakistani architecture styles is preferred but not required.

Salary: $1000 per month.
