Job Title: Floral Designer



As a Floral Designer in Bergen, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various events and occasions. Your creativity and attention to detail will be essential in designing arrangements that exceed our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their floral needs and preferences
- Design and create floral arrangements for weddings, parties, funerals, and other events
- Select the appropriate flowers, foliage, and other materials for each arrangement
- Arrange flowers in a visually appealing manner while considering color, texture, and balance
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of flowers and supplies
- Maintain inventory of supplies and order new materials as needed
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral design
- Ensure proper care and handling of flowers to maintain their freshness and quality

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent design skills with an eye for color, composition, and detail
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care requirements
- Strong communication skills to understand client needs and preferences
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time while arranging flowers
- Basic math skills for calculating costs and creating invoices
- Proficient in using floral design tools such as shears, wire cutters, etc.
- Biometric passport (if not already a citizen)

Salary: $900 per month without accommodation.
