We are a well-established bakery in Ajman, specializing in traditional Indian baked goods. We are currently seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and be familiar with Indian baking techniques and ingredients. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of Indian breads, pastries, and desserts according to traditional recipes
- Ensure quality and consistency of products through proper measurements and techniques
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust baking times as needed
- Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
- Clean and maintain work area and equipment
- Assist with creating new menu items and specials

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Baker, preferably in an Indian bakery or restaurant setting
- Knowledge of traditional Indian baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to read recipes and follow instructions accurately
- Good time management skills to ensure timely preparation of orders
- Attention to detail to maintain quality standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure

Our bakery is located in Ajman, but we welcome all nationalities for this position. However, preference will be given to those who can communicate fluently in English.
