Construction Project Coordinator
We are a reputable construction company in Los Angeles seeking a highly motivated and organized Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of our construction projects from start to finish. This includes managing project budgets, schedules, materials, and subcontractors while ensuring quality work and safety standards are met.
Requirements:
- Indian national preferred
- Fluent in English
- Minimum salary of $1400/month
- Ability to work without accommodation in Los Angeles
- Valid visa sponsorship for employment in the US
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with project managers to create project schedules and budgets
- Review and approve subcontractor bids and manage their work on site
- Communicate regularly with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Ensure projects are completed timely, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports
- Adhere to all safety regulations on site
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- 1+ years of experience in construction management or related role
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work well under pressure
