Housekeeping Supervisor


We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the housekeeping operations at our hotel in Nakuru. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained. This position is suitable for men who have experience in housekeeping and are fluent in English.

Responsibilities:
- Train, supervise, and schedule housekeeping staff
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met
- Order cleaning supplies and maintain inventory
- Respond to guest requests and complaints in a timely manner
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment for all staff

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory role
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate staff
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest complaints effectively

Salary:
This position offers a salary of $1400 per month.

This job is located in Nakuru, Kenya.
