Senior Architect - Mauren, India



Are you an experienced and talented architect looking to take on a new challenge? Our architecture firm in Mauren is seeking a Senior Architect to join our team. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring the highest quality designs and meeting strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from initial client meetings to final delivery
- Develop and present design proposals, including 2D/3D drawings and models
- Oversee project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are completed within budget and on time
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, building codes, and regulations
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance throughout the design process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Experience managing project budgets and timelines
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices is preferred
