Senior Architect

We are in search of an experienced and talented Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Mauren! As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, planning, and construction of various architectural projects. Your expertise and leadership skills will be crucial in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop project requirements
- Create detailed architectural designs, including drawings, plans, and specifications
- Oversee the preparation of project proposals, budgets, and schedules
- Lead a team of architects and designers in developing project plans and coordinating with contractors and suppliers
- Ensure that all building codes, regulations, and safety standards are met throughout the construction process
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Review and approve all design changes or modifications
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to continuously improve project outcomes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience as an architect with a strong portfolio of completed projects
- Knowledgeable about local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Proficient in using computer software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients, team members, contractors, etc.
- Strong leadership abilities to manage a team effectively
