Part-Time Office Assistant
We are in need of a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Assistant to join our team in Isa Town. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Greet and assist visitors
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Maintain filing system, both physical and electronic
- Order office supplies as needed
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Prepare and edit documents, such as memos, letters, reports, etc.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and data entry
- Make travel arrangements for staff members
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping principles is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position with flexible hours. The salary for this position is $900 per month. As this is a part-time position, it does not include accommodation. However, we are able to provide visa sponsorship for the right candidate.
