We are seeking a highly skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Greenland. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of our computer network and systems. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month, with visa sponsorship available if needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure computer networks, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Ensure the security of the network by implementing necessary security measures.
- Maintain and upgrade network infrastructure as needed.
- Set up new user accounts and manage user access to the network.
- Install and maintain server operating systems, including Windows Server and Linux.
- Manage virtualization infrastructure using VMware or other virtualization platforms.
- Create backup plans for critical data and ensure regular backups are performed.
- Respond to system outages or other emergencies in a timely manner.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Network and Systems Administrator.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware preferred).
- Proficiency in server operating systems (Windows Server/Linux).
- Familiarity with backup solutions (Veeam preferred).
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:
- Industry certifications such as CCNA or MCSE.
- Experience with cloud computing (AWS or Azure).
- Knowledge of scripting languages (Powershell/Python/Bash).
