Contract Tester (Greenland)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Contract Tester to join our team in Greenland. As a Contract Tester, you will be responsible for testing various software and applications to ensure they meet quality standards and user requirements. This is a contract position without accommodation, so the ideal candidate should be open to short-term assignments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Test software and applications according to established test plans and procedures
- Identify defects and report them accurately in the designated tracking system
- Collaborate with developers and project managers to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery
- Develop and maintain test cases, test scripts, and other testing documentation
- Conduct regression testing on updates and enhancements
- Participate in design reviews to provide input on potential risks or areas for improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in testing methodologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- At least 2 years of experience as a Software Tester or QA Engineer
- Proficiency in manual testing techniques and tools such as JIRA or HP Quality Center
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium or Appium is a plus
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Biometric passport for international travel is preferred
