Facade Specialist


We are hiring a skilled and experienced Facade Specialist to join our team in Greenland. As a Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, constructing, and maintaining the exterior facades of buildings. This is a full-time position that offers a salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and planning facade systems according to project specifications and building codes
- Selecting appropriate materials for facade construction, taking into consideration factors such as climate and durability
- Overseeing the installation of facade systems by coordinating with contractors and other team members
- Conducting regular inspections of existing facades to identify any issues or potential problems
- Developing solutions for repairing or improving existing facades
- Staying updated on new technologies and techniques in facade construction

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in facade design and construction
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations related to facades
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant software programs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
