We are hiring a skilled Solar Installer to join our team in Greenland. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panels and related equipment. This is a physically demanding role that requires working outdoors in various weather conditions. Salary: 1100$ per month

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels and related equipment according to company guidelines
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on solar systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with solar systems
- Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently
- Keep accurate records of installations, maintenance, and repairs
- Communicate effectively with team members and project managers
- Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in installation processes

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Passion for renewable energy and sustainability
- Willingness to learn new skills on the job
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
