Architectural Designer (Greenland)

We are in need of an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Greenland. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating plans for new construction projects and renovations. You must have a strong understanding of design principles and building codes, as well as experience using design software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision for the project
- Create detailed plans and drawings using design software
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Work closely with engineers and contractors to ensure feasibility of designs
- Review and make necessary changes to designs based on client feedback
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Designer
- Strong understanding of design principles and building codes
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Attention to detail

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1200$ per month.

Location:
This is a full-time position located in Greenland. Relocation is not provided so preference will be given to candidates already residing in Greenland.
