Industrial Architect
An established architecture firm in Greenland is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various industrial structures such as factories, warehouses, and manufacturing plants.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements
- Create detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design software
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is being executed according to the design plans
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure smooth coordination and timely completion
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in materials, technology, and sustainable design practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an Industrial Architect
- Extensive knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and building codes
- Proficiency in computer-aided design software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred qualifications:
While not required, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be given priority:
- Experience working on industrial projects in cold climates like Greenland
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices for industrial buildings
- Fluency in Danish or other Scandinavian languages
